  • RDSO approved products
  • Vendor directory
  • Railway contacts
  • Tender tracking
  • Procurement insights
  • Subscription-based access

EasySNT does not manufacture, sell, or directly participate in procurement transactions.

3User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality
  • Providing accurate information
  • Protecting login credentials
  • Reporting unauthorized access

4Platform Usage

You agree NOT to:

  • Scrape platform data
  • Use bots or automated scripts
  • Resell EasySNT content
  • Share premium account access
  • Upload malicious content
  • Attempt unauthorized access

Violation may result in account suspension.

5Products & Vendors

Product information is sourced from publicly available and administrative records.

Vendor listings do not constitute endorsement.

Users must independently verify specifications before procurement decisions.

EasySNT shall not be liable for disputes between buyers and vendors.

6Tender Information

Tender information is provided for informational purposes only.

EasySNT:

  • Does not guarantee tender availability
  • Is not responsible for changes made by railway authorities
  • Is not liable for missed deadlines or procurement losses

Users are advised to verify information through official railway sources.

7Railway Contacts

Railway contacts are provided for professional procurement purposes only.

Users shall not:

  • Harass officials
  • Send spam
  • Use information for unlawful activities

Misuse may lead to permanent account termination.

8Subscription & Payments

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually.

All payments are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Subject to applicable taxes

EasySNT reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

9Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Logos
  • UI designs
  • Databases
  • Product catalogs
  • Tender data organization

remain the exclusive property of EasySNT.

10Limitation of Liability

EasySNT shall not be liable for:

  • Procurement losses
  • Vendor disputes
  • Tender cancellations
  • Service interruptions
  • Indirect damages

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11Termination

EasySNT may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Terms violations
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of services
  • Unauthorized data extraction

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
